At Bi-State Pools we are on the cutting edge of the pool industry. We would like to take the time to introduce all of our new customers with a totally new experience when thinking about purchasing a swimming pool!

We understand that a project of this scale can be hard to imagine. Most people can't even picture what a finished project will look like in their back yard. We like to take the extra step to help our customers by designing them a custom built swimming pool in our Design Department and showing them a finished project before ever breaking ground!

All drawings are very close to scale with your house, yard, and pool. So what you see is what it will actually look like when the project is finished.

This can help you decide if this is the right pool for your house and yard. It can also help you estimate costs of extra concrete deck, water features that you are interested in, retaining walls, landscaping, and all around make you feel better about making the decision to hire us to build your new pool.

The process is pretty simple:

First after you have looked at our site a bit and talked with someone from the company we would work on a general idea of what kind of pool your interested in, whether it's a Ft.Wayne Elite Vinyl Liner Pool, a Trilogy Fiberglass Pool, or a custom concrete pool.

Then we would have a meeting with you and take a look at your yard and take some pictures and go over any general questions that have not been discussed so far.. We would also need you to provide us with a plot plan so we can scale everything to proper size for the most accurate look that we can get.

After we have the pictures of your yard and a plot plan, That's when our Design Team gets to work on designing your amazing back yard. The process generally takes a day or two to finish designing. The end product is a short 3D video of your home and pool on a DVD that can be played in any computer or you can even put it in your home DVD player and watch the video with your family on your TV. We also supply a 2D construction drawing with all DVD's and a few pictures so you can look at them and get a good feel for your back yard with a pool in it!

After you sit down with your family and have watched the video you can then discuss if everything is right for you. If you want to make some changes that isn't a big deal by any means. We can do all the changes you want untill we get it the way you want. We understand that buying a swimming pool is a big undertaking and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
