Lifeguarding
expertise has been the foundation of our company. We believe that
it is extremely important to have properly trained staff at any
facility where lives are at risk. No other company in the area has
the training capabilities of Bi-State Pool Management.
All employees are certified with the most recent training available.
Every staff member is trained in Lifeguarding, Adult/Child/Infant
and Two Rescuer CPR, and First Aid. In addition, our staff is required
to attend in-service training to review Lifeguarding skills and
emergency procedures.
