Our
Residential Cleaning Service will
put your pool in our hands. Check it out
The
cleaning service packages include: Professional pool opening, Vacuum
at opening, Weekly visits as per package selection and a Professional
winterization. (Pay upfront and recieve free winter maintenance also)!
Each
visits will include:
Test water
Chemical balance (with your chemicals)
Clean skimmer and pump baskets
Skim the water surface to remove floating debris
Up to 30 minutes of vacuuming
Leave a detailed report about your pool’s status
Backwash pool as needed
Scrub tile line as needed
Straighten deck furniture as needed
Discounted pool chemicals delivered FREE

Service
Exceptions
On days with
high wind or rain we will make every effort to service your pool.
Poor visibility may obstruct /prohibit vacuuming. The pool will
be checked for chemicals, and all other services that can be performed
will be. We try very hard to stick to our schedule but we may need
to push back the pre-arranged service day due to unexpected circumstances.

Responsibilities
Test Water
Maintain proper water level in pool
Check and empty skimmer baskets between service calls as necessary
Make timely payments on invoices
Check filter pressure, backwash if needed
Have chemicals on hand |
Payment
Services must
be pre-paid or a credit card must be on file for service to begin.
Charges will be applied every 2 weeks after pool is opened.

Additional
weeks are available at $53.00 per week. Invoices are payable upon
receipt. Service will be suspended for late payments.
